Steve has over 20 years’ experience leading corporate services in the education sector, across the Tertiary and Independent Education sectors in both NSW and QLD.

Before joining Education Geographics he was on the other side of the desk: the executive defending a fee increase to a board, signing off a capital program, and living with the enrolment forecast behind it. He used the Education Geographics Dashboard and Map as a client, to oversee major capital developments, operational audits, financial management plans, compliance assessments and risk management initiatives at several schools and colleges.

This is why Steve knows firsthand what schools need from their data. Longitudinal projections that hold across a five-year planning cycle, not a snapshot. In practice that means sharper enrolment planning and marketing, defensible fee affordability settings, smarter bus route planning, stronger risk and compliance governance, and executive confidence around investment in new facilities and programs.

Steve holds an Executive MBA from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, and has completed the Company Directors Program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
